We send merch via Royal Mail.
Please note due to the Covid-19 situation, there are significant delays to services right now. We are still shipping orders out but limited to twice a week.
Return Policy
We do our upmost to securely package orders for shipping, however we cannot ensure the conditions of shipment once an item has been handed over to and in transit with the carrier.

If item arrives in damaged packaging, please IMMEDIATELY notify the delivery courier and take photos of the packaging damage. We will need these to make the insurance claim with the postal carrier and can discuss replacements for damaged items once these claims have been made.

If the item itself is faulty (not from the result of damage during transit), please contact us to discuss exchange/returns.
